Exchange and Return
Exchange and Return policy is only applicable to orders on Mybeautystory's
official website.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your
item to request a return.
Items ordered are eligible for Exchanges and/or Returns within 7 days from when
the item was delivered, only if any of the following conditions are met:
Item(s) delivered are physically damaged
Wrong item is delivered
There is a missing item in the delivery
Item(s) have not been opened
Seals and tags of the item(s) are still intact
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is physically damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right. We do not accept exchanges and/or returns for
change of mind, for sale, clearance items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your
package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be
accepted.
For exchanges and returns for orders made via other Mybeautystory’s stores on
e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee or Amazon, please contact us via the
respective seller chat for us to better assist with relevant enquiries.
